Discoverer Mini Camp
This session is for 2nd and 3rd graders! There are Day Camp and Overnight options. This year's camp theme is Uncharted. Campers will learn to navigate life with Christ as their anchor. This week will have lots of activities geared towards building stronger relationships with God, nature, and each other. Camp is running a little differently this year, each Camper will be in a cohort that will travel to activities and minimize interactions with other groups, and increased social distancing.
This week has an overnight camp, running 3 nights and is $165. Register early as prices increase to $180 on May 1st. There is also a Day Camp option for $110 per week, but on May 1st the price goes to $120. Day Campers will pack a lunch each day and before and after care is available if they want to extend their day!
Every camper gets a free Indian Lake t-shirt and reusable water bottle
Check-in for Overnight Camp will be Sunday, June 20th from 4-6 pm. Day Camp drop off is at 9am on June 21st. Drop off will be on a rolling basis and parents are asked to not leave their vehicles. Health Screening will take place in the car and then the camper will head to their group assignment.
The closing program will be Friday, June 23rd at 5 pm. Checkout will be directly following the closing program. (We are still working out the details for the closing program due to COVID concerns. We will let you know the details when we are closer to camp time.)
We also sell canteen cards for the campers to use during the week. Canteen is typically open twice a day for overnight camp and once a day for day campers. It has sodas, sports drinks, candy bars, chips, fruit chews, ring pops, etc. Prices run about $0.25 to $0.75 per item, which is about $2.50 a day. Leftover funds go Mission of the week. Not mandatory.
