Homeschooling Days and Archery at Indian Lake Christian Camp!
Join us for Homeschooling Days-an enriching and fun experience for children 5-15! We meet every Tuesday from 9AM to 4PM, Offering a full day of learning, creativity, and play in a Christ-centered environment.
What to Expect Each Day.
Our day begins with drop-off and a morning gathering in the dining hall. We will teaching a Nature/ Science Lesson, A gym class, Art Class, and Bible stories. mixed into all of this is lots of unstructured free play.
We offer 8-week sessions in the Winter, and Spring. You can register for individual days for full sessions!
This includes field study and observation activities
Fall 2026: September 15 – November 3rd
Theme: Weather & Acid Rain
Weeks 1-4: Weather Stations
Week 1- Weather Station tools: their uses and mesures
Week 2- Build a Weather Station: thermometer and barometer
Week 3- Build a Weather Station: hygromter and rain gauge
Week 4- Build a Weather Station: weather vane and anemometer
Weeks 5-8: Acid Rain
Week 5- Definition, causes, effects, and the pH scale
Week 6- Measuring pH, pH of common substances, effect of pH on plants
Week 7- Measuring pH of water and soil
Week 8- Effect of acid on metal and rocks

This Fall Indian Lake is offering Beginner and Intermediate Archery Classes. Classes start on TUESDAY, September 15th, 2026 and runs 8 weeks until Novemeber 3rd. These are 50 minute classes. Please arrive on time for classes to start promptly!
The overall goal of this class is to allow students to experience archery, learn archery safety, and learn basic concepts of archery.
Beginner Archery 3:00-3:50pm 9/15 – 11/3
- Class length: 8 weeks
- Target audience : ages 5-9, anyone who has never done archery, or anyone who is unsure if they want to do archery.
- Cost: $85
Intermediate Archery 4:00-4:50pm 9/15 – 11/3
This class will follow NASP and JOAD standards and will expand upon Beginner Archery. Both classes will be the same. The goal would be to have a smaller class size to allow for more individual coaching and a better classroom to range ratio. Suggested class for archers 10+.
- Class Length: 8 weeks
- Target audience: students who have completed Beginner Archery 2, students who have previous experience with a NASP or JOAD program and are verified as meeting the minimum skill requirement.
- Cost: $90 (smaller class size for more shooting time)

Winter Chill is BACK
January 15–17, 2027
Get ready for our biggest and best Winter Chill yet!
This year’s retreat will give campers an exciting first look at our 2027 Summer Camp theme: Outlaws. Throughout the weekend, our large group sessions will explore the stories of the “outlaws” of the Bible—people who made mistakes, ran from God, or felt like they didn’t belong, yet experienced His incredible love, grace, and forgiveness.
Campers will discover that no one is beyond God’s reach. No matter how far we wander or what we’ve done, God never stops pursuing us with His love and offers forgiveness to all who turn to Him.
But Winter Chill is about more than just great messages it’s also packed with unforgettable fun! Campers can look forward to exciting games, team competitions, outdoor adventures, delicious food, and a camper-favorite Glow Night. We’re also hoping to welcome a live worship band to lead us in an incredible time of worship, making this year’s retreat even more impactful.
Whether you’re reconnecting with friends from summer camp or joining us for the very first time, Winter Chill is the perfect place to build friendships, make lasting memories, and grow closer to Christ.
All middle and high school students are welcome! No matter where you are in your faith journey, we’d love to have you join us for an unforgettable weekend filled with fun, faith, and community.
