Drop In Day Camp

This years theme is Suit Up. We will be discovering all about the Armor of God through Bible stories, Small Group, and spending time with other Christ followers.

Each day at camp starts with a Bible story, worship songs and games. Every day at camp is different with 4-5 activities throughout the day! Camp days will always include small group time when they talk about the Bible story they learned that morning and how it applies to their lives. Other activities include hiking, sling shots, tree climbing, water games, orienteering, fire building, free play time, sports like volleyball, soccer, kiddie pool kickball, basketball, gaga ball, giant slip n slide , arts and crafts, and so much more!

Suit Up is our theme for this summer is referred to as Adventure camp of our basic weeks of camp. We only offer the specialty weeks of camp to our full week campers. If you choose drop-in, your camper will join the Adventure campers for that day of camp!

Archery Camp focuses on teaching campers the basic steps of shooting a bow, including proper stance, grip, draw, hold, and release. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your technique, our USA Archery–trained staff provide  instruction in a safe and encouraging environment. Campers will learn about equipment safety, target practice, and skill development through fun challenges and games. By the end of the week, each participant will gain confidence, accuracy, and a greater appreciation for the sport of archery.

Survival Camp teaches campers essential outdoor survival skills such as shelter building, orienteering, fire building, and water filtration. Throughout the week, campers will learn how to work together to tackle real-world challenges and develop confidence in their ability to handle the great outdoors. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, they’ll explore practical wilderness techniques, problem-solving, and teamwork—all while having fun and gaining a deeper appreciation for nature and outdoor adventure.

Sports camp focuses on drills and skills of sports like volleyball, basketball, soccer, and flag football. Your camper doesn’t need to be an expert any of these sports, but be willing and open to coaching and trying new things like a giant soccer ball, or tiny goals to help build skills and teamwork! Sports campers will still do other camp water activities like the slip n slide and kiddie pool kickball.

Drama Camp will be producing a musical at the end of the week. Campers will practice music, blocking, and choreography. They will spend most of each day in the chapel at rehearsals, but will also enjoy all the water activities to get wet and stay cool! Drama camp is an overnight only option to have more time for rehearsal.

S.T.E.M Week is a day camp only week that is going to be focusing on the fun creative side of S.T.E.M by learning about simple machinery in nature and teambuilding engineering challenges – Our goal is to spark their curiosity and get them excited for school to start!
